These aren’t for the faint of heart but I think they are pretty cool! These are Luna’s puppies born April 16!

Dog people are busy. Busier than ever during Covid. Why? Because everyone wants a cuddly puppy or canine buddy to get them through these terrible times. Read this article posted in the New York Times to get some tips! (Just click here).

Boy #1. His nose is already almost fully pigmented. Eyes wide open!

All four pups….pudgy as all get out!

Boy #2. I will work on names this week now that they are moving around!

Girl #1. Love her face! Nose is almost all filled in.

Girl #2. Interesting coloring….So sweet!
Meri and Striker’s pups are 2 1/2 weeks old. Their eyes are just beginning to open. When they were born, they found their mother by their keen senses of smell and touch. They will soon see…albeit very foggily. Their hearing will begin to develop in a week or so. Every day there are changes!!
I took a gazillion photos of the puppies today! They are 3 weeks old and so many changes are happening. Their eyes are fully open (though it will take about 4 more weeks to fully focus), their ears are also open now. The their little legs are beginning to support their body weight so they are moving around.
My grandson helped me build a big play area which I will get a video of later.
And once I have time to edit the 100 or so photos I took I will post them as well.
For now….enjoy!
