Boo was born Oct. 17. Because of her birthday’s proximity to Halloween, my grandson (pictured on the first page of this website from 9 years ago!) gave the puppies Halloween names.

Boo is 10 weeks old. She is looking for a forever home. She currently lives in southwest Florida.

Boo has a very outgoing disposition! Some would say she is feisty…even a bit bossy of her sister who is staying with me. But Boo is all love, is mad about giving kisses and enjoys playing fetch. A real people-puppy.

Havanese are the cutest! Now they are mouthing each other, toys and anything else they can get their tiny mouths around! Playing in earnest!

It has been a busy week what with our trek south in the Motorhome, our dealings with the ravages of Ian, a leak in my bedroom wall and just generally getting settled in.

Of course the puppies could care less! They have more important things to do!

As for Puppy Culture, we have been getting our toes tickled, our bellies rubbed and our bedroom full of new textures and toys.

 

Romping Like There Is No Tomorrow!

Lot’s of things happening with our pups these days! Not least of which was a successful vet visit yesterday. Puppies did great!! No one threw up during the 1/2 hour trip either way! No one screamed or cried. They got their first vaccine and microchips and a good going over by the vet. And no negative reactions today! Yay!!

I am also pleased to report that they are using the litter boxes about 90% of the time!! I will begin assessing their temperaments officially this weekend.
